Mr. Sugarman represents individuals in the full range of employment matters. He has worked extensively on the firm's wage and hour class action litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Sugarman joined the firm in 2002 after practicing in the area of civil rights and general civil litigation for several years. Mr. Sugarman was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas, United States District Court, District of New Jersey after graduating from law school. Mr. Sugarman is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas (inactive status).
