Ms. De Castro joined the firm in June 2007. She has been committed to advocating for the rights of workers since she began her legal career. Before joining the firm, Ms. De Castro spent two years litigating gender discrimination class actions with Equal Rights Advocates. She also represented clients in state and federal administrative proceedings. Currently, she volunteers as a supervising attorney with the Asian Law Caucus Workers’ Rights Clinic and serves as a Co-Chair for the Asian American Bar Association’s Civil Rights Committee and its Scholarship Committee. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers’ Association and the California Employment Lawyers’ Association. Ms. De Castro is a member of the State Bar of California.
